His consultative approach prioritizes understanding client lifestyles and designing custom solutions that enhance daily living while maintaining reliability and aesthetic integrity. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio. He enjoys family time, coaching youth sports, BBQ, and keeping up with the latest tech.

U.S. Marine veteran and cybersecurity specialist Jacob Willis brings technical knowledge and a practical, client-focused approach to luxury smart home solutions. He holds a B.S. in Computer & Information Sciences (Cyber & Information Security Technology). Outside of work, you’ll find him hunting, behind a camera, or smoking BBQ-strictly Texas-style, because some standards matter.

U.S. Army veteran Melissa Guerra merges social perspectives with strategic planning and maintains a dedication to client-centered principles. She has a Bachelor of Social Science from Texas A&M University – San Antonio and an MBA from Saint Leo University. Her greatest joy comes from embracing her faith, sharing moments with family, and cultivating lasting friendships.

U.S. Air Force veteran Rich Hummel brings with him a plethora of technical sales, engineering, and marketing knowledge. Rich has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Technology Management. He continues to learn new aspects of technology, recently completing a post graduate program for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the University of Texas. He can be found enjoying time with family and is serious about keeping his body in top shape.
